If you're thinking of enrolling at Early Achievers you need to book a tour.
When a position has been confirmed you need to complete the enrolment form and return with the bond of four weeks fees.
Orientation dates are booked to facilitate a smooth transition to child care .
Once these steps have been taken your journey with Early Achievers begins!
Fee Structure
Outlined below are some of our policies relating to Fees. Families should read the Parent Information Booklet when considering the various fees of our centre.
Fee Structure Please speak to the Director or other office staff regarding our current fee structure.
Child Care Benefit Parents who are eligible for the Federal Government’s Child Care Assistance subsidy will only be required to pay the daily gap fee applicable to their financial circumstances. To have CCB applied to your account, you must first register with the Family Assistance Office.
Methods of Payment Fees can be paid by
- EFTPOS
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Cash
- Cheque
- Direct Deposit
Deposit / Bond A deposit of four weeks full fees is required upon enrolment. This bond is refunded at the end of the enrolment period.
Cancellation of Position A minimum of two weeks written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from the centre. Any adjustments to fees must be made prior to this.
Late Payment of Fees If fees are more than 1 week in arrears a weekly administration fee of $25 is added to your account. If your account continues to be in debit then management have the option of terminating your position at Early Achievers.
Sickness We ask that you do not bring your unwell child into the centre. Our staff reserves the right to refuse daily admission to the centre if a child is obviously unwell or infectious. Please see our policies in the Health & Safety Section.
Absences You are required to pay full fees (the Child Care Benefit gap) for every day that you are enrolled at the centre. If your child is sick, away or unable to attend, you are still responsible for paying the daily fees.
Changes to Days If you wish to change your enrolled days, you must provide 2 weeks notice in writing, during which time you will be required to pay the full fees for your enrolled days.
Public Holidays Throughout the Australian working year we have public holidays. The centre is closed on Public Holidays. Child Care Benefit covers you for public holidays. You are still required to pay fees for Public Holidays.
Child Care Rebate
The CCR is available to all families who meet the work test and covers 50% of out of pocket expenses for approved child care with a rebate of up to $7778 per year per child.
